The first screen you see upon logging into QapMap is the Dashboard. The QapMap Dashboard provides:
A visual summary of all of your Equity and Share Awards and their value
Here is a summary of each component of the dashboard.
Equity Awards
This section provides you with a summary of Equity Awards you currently hold. It also gives you the breakdown of Vested and Unvested awards.
Equity Awards Ownership
This section provides you with a graphic representation of your Equity Awards Ownership. It shows you the % composition of Vested and Unvested Awards.
To view the %, move the cursor on associated colors in the graph.
When you click on View Equity Awards you will be redirected to the Equity Awards page.
Value of your Equity Awards
This section provides you with a graphic representation of the Value of your Equity Awards. You can view your company’s current valuation (or share price, depending on your company’s setting). By moving the slider, you can change the valuation of the company and see the illustrative impact on the value of your equity awards below.
If you move the slider towards your right, you can notice the change in the value of your equity awards increasing in a hypothetical scenario where the valuation of your company increases
Cost of Exercise: It provides you with the amount that is payable by you to the company if you wish to exercise your vested options at a default value.
Your Gains Pre-Tax: It provides you with an illustrative pre-taxed amount that you may receive at a given share price after deducting the cost of exercise.
The Valuation Slider is presented for illustrative purposes only to help you understand the possible impact of both a decrease and increase of the company’s valuation on the value of your Equity Awards.
Your Shareholding
This section provides you with the number of shares you own in the company.
Your Shareholding Ownership
This section provides you with the graphic representation of the percentage of your ownership in your company. You may click on View Cap Table to view the summary of your ownership by share class on the company’s cap table.
Value of your Shareholding
The widget provides you with the value of your Shareholding at the current price.
When you move the slider towards your left or right, you can see the illustrative impact on the value of your shareholding decreasing or increasing because of the hypothetical change of the company’s valuation.

1. Why I am seeing Sorry, You do not have any stakeholder associated to your account.
A. You will see above message, whenever your account does not have any stakeholder name associated to it.
2. Why I am seeing a blank screen on Dashboard?
A. You will see a blank screen whenever there are no awards are assigned to you. In case of investor, if there are no transactions on his / her name, they will also see a blank screen
3. Why I am seeing Sorry, You do not have access?
A. All the users with custom role assigned to their user account will see this message.
