To amend the plan size of a grant plan: 

  1. Click Equity Awards in the left menu, select  Plans.  

  1. Click  and select Amend.

3. The list of equity incentive plan amendments for the award plan are displayed.

4. Click Add New Amendment to amend or update the plan.

5. In the displayed Amend Plan dialog, type the New Plan Size. 

6. Select the Board Approval Date.  

7. Select the Stakeholder Approval Date. 

8. Add any Supporting Documents. 

9. Click Save this Amendment to complete the process.
