In order to view the captable by security class, click on the dropdown in the top right corner of the captable and select “by security class”.



Once done, the admins will start seeing the captable by security class, having 8 columns in place.

  1. Security Class name
  2. Stakeholder name
  3. Transaction date
  4. Security class
  5. Fully diluted Shares
  6. Primary Amount Invested
  7. Inter Se%
  8. Ownership



As an admin, you will have the power to customise this view by adding/ removing/ rearranging the columns as per your preference.
