When your account is registered as administrator on QapMap, you will receive an email invite to log into and register your account.

 

  1. When you receive the email, click Accept Invite.

 

 

NNote: If you are unable to login or follow any of the steps below, please contact support@qapitacorp.com for access permissions or more information.

 

2. If you are not registered on QapMap, you can create your employee account in the displayed Access page by typing:

  1. Your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.
  2. The password in Set Password and Confirm Password.

 

 

 

3. Click Create Account and Login. 

4. Verify the remaining steps.
